Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns. All orders are final sale!

We are a small business and all of our items are made-to-order. Typically it takes us about 4-6 weeks to produce and ship orders. We will notify you directly if there are any changes to your production or shipping timeline.

It depends on the order. Generally speaking, smaller hand-stitched items will have a shorter timeline than larger hand-stitched items.
